Below are forms needed to purchase or refinance a home. This information can vary depending on lender and program but this is a good start as to what the lender will asking from you inorder to give you the best possible loan.

•1)      1 month current pay stub (Self Employed or Salaried)
•2)      2yrs W-2's (Self Employed of Salaried)Application
•3)      2 yrs Personal and Business Tax Returns(If not Self Employed then do not need Business returns
•4)      Current Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement (Self Employed Only)
•5)      Letter from Accountant stating length of Employment (Self Employed only)
•6)      2 Months savings and Checking Bank Statements all pages
•7)      Recent Quarter Statement for all Investment or Retirement accounts
•8)      12 months Rent Checks (front and back) or Landlord letter
•9)      Fully Executed Sales contract (Purchase Only)
•10)   Evidence earnest money has cleared account
•11)   Copy of Drivers License and SSI card
•12)   Complete address for the past 2 years
•13)   Complete employment history for the past 2 years
•14)   If you choose to include income from child support or alimony will need copy of the check for the past 3 months, divorce decree, birth certificates for the children or child, and evidence that the income will continue for the next 3 years
•15)   If you are applying for a VA loan then you will need your DD214.
